2. Shipping
By default, we indicate the value of the goods in the customs declaration and do not insert the invoice with the actual value into the parcel. Let us know, if you need the original paper invoice, and we will put it in the parcel. We will provide tracking numbers after shipping.
You can choose one of the available shipping options, when the order is ready to ship.
You should also make sure, that the shipment of purchased goods is not prohibited in your country. making a purchase, you confirm, that are aware of the laws of your country regarding the goods purchased, and guarantee, that the sale and distribution of these products is not prohibited by the laws of your country.
If the customs of your country refuse to send the package and send it to us, we will be able to refund you (minus the cost of delivery and the translation fee).
3. Warranty and returns
If the product is damaged during delivery by the delivery service, we guarantee a replacement. We draw your attention, what if when you receive the package you see, that the product is damaged, you can refuse to receive it and, together with the delivery service, issue a document about the damage to the product. Such a document will help us get a return from the delivery service.
In case of manufacturing defects, we also guarantee the replacement of the product.
The return of goods of appropriate quality is possible by agreement. In this case, the cost of delivery; does not return.

Follow the safety rules when using the products. Be careful and use all products only as intended. We disclaim any responsibility for any injuries, inflicted on oneself or a third person, as well as for any material or indirect damage, caused by improper use of our products.

To send an order, we ask for the name and surname of the recipient, as well as address and phone number. We use this personal information only to communicate and send orders. We guarantee, that we will never sell your personal information to third parties. And we do not do automatic mailing. After the transaction is completed, the order data is stored in the archive. We guarantee the deletion of personal information at the request of the client.
